ORDERS, RETURNS AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. This is a temporary website to give EWC Guests access to purchasing product while our local centers are temporarily closed. Therefore returns, refunds and/or exchanges are not available. If you experience a problem with your order, contact orders@ewcpopup.com for support and someone will respond within 48 business hours. Additionally, all EWC Center locations are independently owned and operated; returns, exchanges or inquiries about orders placed on this website cannot be accepted at any local EWC center locations. Note, orders cannot be edited or canceled once checkout is complete.

What if my item was damaged or incorrect?

If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect product, please contact orders@ewcpopup.com for support and someone will respond within 48 business hours. In your email, please include your order number and a photo of the item.

What if I need to edit or modify an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we are unable to edit or cancel it. Contact with your order number.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission of your order,and then you will receive a shipment notification email with an order tracking number when your order is scanned and picked-up for shipment by the carrier. Please refer to the order tracking number for status on your order.

What happens if my product does not arrive?

Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for order tracking information. If you’ve not received your order after a tracking number indicates delivery, contact orders@ewcpopup.com for support and someone will respond within 48 business hours. In your email, please include your order number.

Do you offer gift packaging or messages?

We are not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages with orders. All orders will include a packing ticket in the box.

 

PAYMENT, SECURITY AND MEDIA INQUIRIES

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order.

When will my credit card or payment method be charged?

The credit card or other payment method will be charged and processed at the time of order submission.

How do I know my payment information is secure?

Credit card processing with EWCPopup.com through Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for all credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest security standards of server compliance. 

Can I use an EWC gift card?

We cannot accept EWC gift cards at this time.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Texas addresses.

Will more EWC products be made available via this website?

Since this is a temporary website available while our centers are closed, no additional EWC products will be available. Our entire assortment of products will be available at our local centers when they reopen.

Yes! All European Wax Center products are cruelty-free. We do NOT test on animals.
